Jethro Peretto has been keeping bees since he was three years old. At fourteen he became the youngest vendor ever accepted at the Downtown Salt Lake City Farmers Market. At nineteen he is building something real — a small-batch, ethical honey operation rooted in craft, community, and long-term resilience.

Last year a fire destroyed our entire honey supply overnight. We rebuilt anyway.

Now we're expanding our apiary — growing our operation hive by hive to strengthen local food security, support Utah's pollinator population, and build the kind of long-term stability that lets us keep doing this for years to come.
